The recent record-breaking cold snap impacted water systems in a way that hasn't been seen for at least 24 years, resulting in approximately two percent of our customers going without water due to frozen meters. We worked night and day, responding to problems as swiftly as we could. In spite of our best efforts, it was simply not possible to reach everyone in the timely manner that we expect of ourselves. We offer our customers heartfelt gratitude for their patience and understanding and thank our employees for their untiring efforts and dedication to duty.
