View and Pay your Bill
Our new Customer Portal allows you to view your current bill, view bills from the last year, and opt to turn off paper. The portal broadens our payment options to include a one-time payment from your bank account and the ability for you to sign up for or cancel your recurring debit payment – all free of charge. Credit cards will continue to be processed though Speedpay for a fixed fee.
Over the course of a year, you can see how your usage looks in gallons or dollars. Other functionality includes the ability to see your average quarterly usage for comparison over time or to like households.
Have a question? You can submit questions directly to our Customer Service department without having to call or come into the office. See ConnectMe on the portal. You have access to outage information and educational items from the same window. When you opt to go paperless, select your notification preference by going to Settings.

We now have an app that allows Fairfax Water's customers to manage their account, pay their bill and more. Just download either the iOS or Android version by using these links and you will be able to manage your account while on the go from your mobile device.
